What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
GREAT :
- very light indeed, easy to carry when climbing stairs, when boarding trains or when storing
- additional fenders are ok
- carbon belt is great, no grease on trousers and hands.
TO BE IMPROVED :
- the ratio between tightness of the seat/battery security belt, so the sadle won’t slide down, and the remaining tightness when one have to remove the battery/sadle or slide it down for storage
- front light moves to the right side, whatever I do, and however I tighten the screw. This because of the electric wires that come out nearby and touch the light when turning the wheel far left.
- pedals are not foldable (I have solid ones on my other bicycle, so they exist) and can be annoying for other people when standing in the train
- non USB rear light, when it’s located so close to the battery (I knew it but honestly, we are at the end of the first quarter of the 21st century…)
INACCEPTABLE :
- tyres are dangerous when raining, something I never experienced with my non-electric folding bicycle with same wheels dimensions
- the app doesn’t find my bike…
- AND when I start my journey, it OFTEN happens that the command display freezes and/or the motor helps randomly. And after a while the display switches off alone… One to three off/on operations are necessary to see it work again. Imagine when it happens in the middle of the traffic, you can just trust your muscles.
And for these points, don’t answer with the usual “thx for sharing bla bla bla”… or “helpfull to improve bla bla bla”. This bike is worth the price ONLY IF it’s perfect from the moment you decide to put it on the market … It’s a real pity to see so many qualities spoiled by a few important lacks of reliability.

Thank you for making such a great bike. It’s very smooth and very light. I enjoy riding it. But the application is a bit slow, sometimes just kept thinking. Would suggest the anti puncture for the tyres and the detachable rear basket to make it perfect. Love it!!

Le vélo est dans l'ensemble réussi. A mon avis un moteur avec deux vitesses au lieu d'une seule vitesse serait parfait. J'espère que ADO pourra dans un bref délai proposer à ses clients de remplacer le moteur à une seule vitesse par un moteur à dual speed comme le fabrique déjà le fabricant Bafang. The company has truly excellent customer support. They respond quickly and make every effort to resolve any potential issues to everyone's satisfaction, which is, in the end, one of the most important factors for me. Even if a problem arises, a company's willingness to communicate openly and address the issue is a huge plus.
I purchased the ADO Air Carbon, and it's genuinely one of the most beautiful electric bikes—it’s an absolute pleasure to ride. It’s comfortable, agile, and easy to assemble and disassemble. While it’s a bit heavier than I initially expected (weighing 15 kg including the battery), it’s still light enough to lift and transport, even for a woman. It handles road obstacles effortlessly (and our curb-to-street transitions are terrible).
I especially loved the pedals—they may be small, but they offer excellent grip and don’t slip with any kind of footwear (not even when wearing dress shoes). The monitor is easy to use and remains highly visible even in bright sunlight.
This is truly an excellent little bike for daily commuting—it gets the job done and looks fantastic while doing it. The battery lasts at least 60 kilometers on a single charge (likely more, but I haven’t tested that limit yet). There are plenty of accessories available, and I personally find the kickstand and fenders very useful. The bag is also super practical, offering enough space for gloves, winter gear, or a water bottle.
The GPS bike tracking and app features are interesting additions.

Excellent bike, easy to drive in the city. Climbing capabilities are really good between the 2 highest hills in Paris!
Seit einigen Tagen habe ich mein neues Bike. Es ist wirklich sehr schön. Mittlerweile kamen auch der Seitenständer und die Magneten bei mir an. Die Montage war einfach. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Akku. Nach Kontakt mit dem Sevice bekam ich einen neuen Akku. Jetzt funktioniert alles. Vielen Dank.
