What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
Das ADO Air 20 Pro wurde Ende April geliefert.
Heute durch die Stadt zur Werkstatt, zur nach Kontrolle gefahren. Bremsen schleifen, Kettenriemenspannung überprüfen, vorderes Schutzblech nachziehen, Schrauben lockern sich beim Fahren. Neuer komfor Sattel montiert.
Ich bin ca. 8 km durch den Westpark geradelt, Bergauf und Bergab. Tolles Fahrgefühl, wenn man herausgefunden hat in welcher Unterstützungsstufe man fahren muss. Dann geht's echt mit Schub bergauf.
Leider lässt sich kein Schloss am Rahmen montieren, die Klettverschlüsse für die Halterungen sind zu klein. Ein Schnellschloss mit Kette kann nicht montiert werden, kein Möglichkeit, durch den niedrigen Gepäckträger.
Liebes ADO Team, arbeitet doch bitte nach europäischen Maßen. Oder erweitert euer Zubehör, damit das Fahrrad gut geschützt werden kann.
Der Preis für ADO EBike Akku 36V 5,6Ah Batterie Für 28 E-Bike Akku, ist übrigens schon ab 249€ im Versanfhandel zu bekommen.
Euer bike ist wirklich toll, aber bitte mehr Zubehör.
Und auch konkrete Maßangaben z. B. für den Fahrradkorb.

I used the Air 28 Pro for approximately 200 km. It is a great experience! Very different from my other E-bike. It looks great too. Am not sure how it will go if I have to climb a steel hill. Because of the absence of gears. Only minus is the range. I was used to be able to drive 150 km. Now, with using only PAS1 and Eco I can barely reach 60 km. Awkward, because usually I like to ride tours about 50 km. But till now it’s fine. So J can definitely recommend this bike.

This bike is amazing. I’ve trouble with nerve damage in my leg and I thought I wouldn’t be able to ride a bike again. That was until I found this bike. It’s given me the ability to go back out on my bike with my husband. It’s truly fantastic. I would highly recommend this bike to everyone.

Love the new Ado 28Pro . So easy /smooth to ride . Had lots of Italian /bike choices to pick but glad I eventually decided on Ado 28 Pro .

ADO Air 28 Pro All-Rounder Urban Electric Bike
Although I almost only drove in level 1, the battery was empty at 60 km. Otherwise, the bike is great. It's great to drive, even without activating the engine support.
I’ve had this bike now for a month.. and love it! I installed a basket and junior seat. I used it for work but also to run errands in my hilly neighborhood. The tire punctured once but then took it to Halford to fix with slime and all is good. So far I have no issues. The battery last for awhile.. and the bike looks good
